Respectful Pearl Divers... Fishermans Net Making

The inspiration came from the traditional fisherman’s net making.
Broome has a very strong Japanese influence with the pearling industry dating back to 1880's. To keep this important tradition alive I have made connection to the remaining former pearl divers and their families in Broome.

I would like to share this Broome tradition by having a netting workshop.
